Soloreach ("we", "us") is a service operated by Indigate LLC that helps app founders create AI videos and SEO articles, schedule them and see how they perform. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@soloreach.ai.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, password (stored hashed) or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
- Workspace content: your app's name, link and description, the screenshots and recordings you upload, the videos, scripts and articles you create, and your schedule.
- Your face and voice, only if you choose to: a photo you upload to create your own avatar, and a voice recording you upload to clone your voice. We record your consent, the date and who gave it. You can delete them at any time.
- Connected accounts: when you connect social accounts or a blog, we store the tokens or keys needed to publish for you. Blog keys are encrypted. We do not see your social passwords.
- Billing: Stripe handles your card. We receive your plan, payment status and invoices, never your full card number.
- Usage and technical data: logs of what was generated, credit usage, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) needed to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you asked for: generate, store, schedule and publish your content, and show your analytics.
- To bill you and keep track of your credits.
- To send service emails: account confirmation, password resets, "your video is ready". We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your content, face or voice to train AI models.
Who processes data for us
We use these providers, each only for what's needed to run Soloreach:
- Railway: hosting, database and file storage (United States).
- OpenRouter and the AI models it routes to (such as Anthropic, Google, ByteDance and HeyGen): writing scripts and articles, generating images, voices and videos from your inputs.
- Stripe: payments and invoices.
- Resend: service emails.
- Zernio: connecting your social accounts, publishing and analytics.
- DataForSEO and Apify: public search and social data about your site and the competitors you choose to track.
- Google: sign-in with Google, if you use it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your avatars, voice recording, videos and articles in the app at any time. To close your account, email contact@soloreach.ai: we delete your workspace content within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (such as invoices).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent for your avatar or voice, and object to some uses. Editing and deleting your content, avatar and voice is in the app; for anything else, email contact@soloreach.ai and we'll answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, files are private and shared only through short-lived links, and third-party keys are encrypted at rest.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
