Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Soloreach, a service operated by Indigate LLC. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: contact@soloreach.ai.

Your account

Keep your login safe and your information accurate. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.

Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Each plan includes monthly credits. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each monthly period. Credits bought as top-ups don't expire with the monthly reset.
• Credits are reserved when a generation starts and given back automatically if it fails.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to refund.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and to what you create with Soloreach. You give us the permission needed to store, process and publish it for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including app screens, logos and music.

Faces, voices and AI content

• Only upload your own face and voice, or those of someone who gave you written permission.
• Do not use Soloreach to impersonate real people, create fake testimonials, mislead viewers about who is speaking, or make claims about results you can't back up.
• AI-generated videos must carry each platform's AI-generated label; we turn it on when we publish for you. Follow the rules of the platforms you publish to and the advertising laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

No illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content, no spam, no malware, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no scraping of other users' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services

Publishing and data features rely on third parties (social networks, blogs, AI providers). Their availability, rules and results are outside our control, and we can't guarantee views, rankings or signups.

Service changes and availability

We improve Soloreach continuously and may change features. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranties.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. After closing, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We'll tell you before important changes to these terms apply. If you keep using Soloreach after that, the new terms apply.
